Threatening Skies

Nikon D70 @ 18mm, 3 sec, f/22, ISO 200
Previous · Current · Next

Took a trip up to the Trossachs today, visiting Loch Ard, Loch Chon and Loch Arklet. The weather was pretty cloudy, but it was one of those days when the sun would make an appearance every now and again, allowing for some really nice moody shots (if you're quick enough!). I set up this shot with my R72 filter and waited for a break in the clouds.

Probably one of my favourite pictures taken to date. COMMENTS anyone? :)

Wow, John this is a great shot, i love it, the image looks like it is built from many images to create one. I almost expect someone to be hiding behind the rock. The sky is intense, the tree is scary, wicked image.
