North Berwick

I actually forgot about some pictures I took at North Berwick at the weekend, so I've only just PP'd this one. Didn't stay there for long (too cold for the gf) but thought it was a nice little place.

This is a nice enough photo but for me, personally, there's too much sky on this one. When the sky is 'doing' something then it's good to have that much, but in this case I might have gone for a lower angle so as to have more foreground, less sky, more depth of field... Hell, it would probably have been a mess. Ignore me. ;)

Hey, thanks for the critique Owen. To be perfectly honest, this picture does very little for me, so I won't put up too much of an arguement. I did play about with composition a little but the biggest problem for me was that the sky immediately above the houses and horizon was very boring and almost dirty looking, which is why I went for the inclusion of more of the sky above this area. Being with the girlfriend made the possibilities slightly limited as well :)

Cheers
