There was something that drew me to this sign... I just had to photograph it! Taken near yesterday's shot.

It is a photo that seems to draw me in. Something that is seen on a daily basis, or perhaps not even noticed at all, is now brought to attention. I like it also because I have somewhat of a similar photo, it is a house that is abandoned and had been boarded up and vandalized, with The Bates Motel written on it. I could not find a good way to shoot it. I like the one shot but I'm still not sure. But I'm glad I got it. It has been there for years and I figured I had better stop and get a shot (it is off in the country and I also didn't want to get shot at!). I'm glad I did take photos, because now it is even more vandalized and the sign is gone. I will have to dig it out, scan and post it. Maybe. Thank you for sharing. Oh and mahes? some vegetarians eat fish :)

Thanks ladyred. You're going to have to post that shot now! Let us see it!

It's funny how it's often the everyday ordinary scenes that can draw you in. I often find them more interesting because it's more of a challenge to get an interesting shot. Sometimes the obvious shot can be a little boring.

Now post us a link to the pic! :)
