Heh, it's a very British form of protest, isn't it. No rioting and setting cars on fire here, you almost the feeling they're queueing while they protest :)

Thanks guys. The man was standing on the steps in the middle of the square to the right of the national galleries. Either that, or he was about 10 foot tall :)
