Festivities

Finally, a couple of hours of free time to relax and do whatever I want. Quite sad then, that I chose to spend that time fixing this site! I've created an account with Flickr and have now uploaded all of the photos which vanished from my john.stuwee site - so all my previous posts should be working as normal now.

I took this shot at Princes gardens where they've got quite a festive show on. I was initially drawn to this shot because of the lighting on the steps, and was quite amazed to find a composition that worked so well. I had to wait quite a while to get a clear shot with no people on the stairs, and also for the rides to be going at the right speed. I was quite amazed to be troubled by only the one wee ned who, quite harmlessly, said "if ah say cheese, will ya take ma picture?" Hmmm... let me think about that one.

Hmmm... I'm confused about this one. It works fine for me at home and at work, even when I hard refresh it.

Yeah works fine for me as well John.

Are you other guys trying to view it at work? Possibly it's being filtered by your proxy server
